The Role

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to drive sales, generate leads, support our clients, and assist the Director with business development activities. This role is fully remote, but candidates must be based in Melbourne for occasional in-person meetings and events. Our head office is in Scoresby, Victoria.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement:

Proactively engage with new and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

Follow up on leads and nurture client relationships.

Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and licensing agreements.

Support the Director:

Help manage sales pipelines, CRM updates, and reporting.

Assist with tasks related to business, marketing activities, sales and customer accounts.

About You

Sales Experience: Minimum 1 years in a sales role, preferably in software, CAD, engineering, or technology sales.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, email marketing tools, and Microsoft Office.
