Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Accounts Payable Officer for a part-time role with the potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Pronto ERP and a strong understanding of accounts payable processes, ensuring smooth financial operations.

Location:
Perth, Western Australia

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of supplier invoices.
• Monitor compliance and ensure good governance in data entry, record-keeping, reporting, and system access.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with various departments to support smooth financial operations.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation using Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Officer.
• Strong working knowledge of Pronto ERP is essential.
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping, transactional finance, and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to support team goals.
