We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Business Development Manager to drive growth, expand market opportunities, and build strong industry relationships. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a passion for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the success of a well-respected construction brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy: Develop and implement business development plans to drive growth with Investment sales channels and expand the company relationships with Land developers.
- Partnerships & Client Engagement: Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with key industry partners, investors, and clients.
- Market Expansion: Research market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and lead initiatives to position the company for growth.
- Lead Generation & Sales Support: Work closely with local and interstate sales and marketing channels, to convert leads and opportunities into long-term business.
- Brand Representation: Represent the company at networking events, industry expos, and conferences to enhance visibility and reputation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in business development in construction, real estate, or a related industry. Experience in dealing within the Investors and Sales channels is highly desirable.
- Strong ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM software and data-driven decision-making.
- A qualification in Business, Sales, or Marketing is highly desirable.
