This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the nutrition strategy that will drive growth, strengthen customer relationships, and enhance product offerings with a leading supplier in the intensive livestock and stockfeed industries.

Office Locations: Smeaton Grange, Sydney, NSW & Bendigo, VIC

Role Overview
As the Technical Sales and Business Development Manager, you'll lead the national sales team in developing strategic partnerships, and drive product innovation in the livestock nutrition sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor guide and support the national sales team
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored value-driven solutions
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities
  • Drive product awareness through presentations, seminars, and field days
  • Provide technical training and support on product applications

Required Qualifications

  • Expert knowledge of monogastric and ruminant nutrition
  • In-depth knowledge of livestock nutrition markets and industry trends
  • Leadership skills and team management experience
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic mindset with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Computer literacy and experience with CRM systems
