Job Summary

The Customer Service & Lead Coordinator will handle customer inquiries, qualify leads, and assist with managing the scheduling and follow-up process for water damage and mould removal services. You’ll provide exceptional customer service and ensure smooth communication between clients and technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and emails, providing prompt responses to customer inquiries.
• Qualify leads for water damage or mould removal services.
• Gather client details and schedule appointments for technicians.
• Send follow-up messages and quotes as needed.
• Manage after-hours inquiries related to urgent water damage jobs.
• Process customer payments and manage inquiries related to billing.
• Keep records up-to-date in our CRM system and ensure that all details are captured accurately.
• The role offers the ability to work weekends for additional income opportunities.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and basic office software.
• Prior experience in customer service or admin roles is a plus.
