About the organisation:

Are you a compassionate and customer-focused professional looking for an opportunity to support individuals navigating health and aged care services? We are seeking an Inbound Sales & Customer Service Consultant for a temporary contract with an immediate start to assist customers in accessing and transitioning into the care services they need.

About the Role:

As a Inbound Sales & Customer Service Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting new and existing customers through personalized health and aged care guidance. You will manage inbound inquiries, nurture leads and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Working within a highly collaborative team, you will use digital tools and structured interaction guides to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Duties:

  • Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries, build rapport and provide tailored guidance on available care services.
  • Lead Management: Nurture prospective customers, manage referrals, and drive conversion rates.
    Onboarding Support: Assist with service agreements, initial assessments, and transition planning.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including scheduling and care partners, to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Compliance & Governance: Adhere to industry regulations, maintain accurate records, and uphold workplace health and safety standards.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong background in aged care, community services, or healthcare customer support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Strong background in Sales or Contact Centre - Interfacing or Retail background experience
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Experience working with digital CRM is highly desirable.
  • Certificate III or above in community care, aged care, or administration (desirable but not essential).
