Care Agency Services is looking for a Superstar BDM with knowledge of the Aged, Disability and NDIS sector to join our team as we embark on an exciting period of planned growth.
About Us
Care Agency Services is a leading supplier of temporary staff to the Aged Care, Home Care and NDIS sectors. Since 2012 we have been partnering with providers and individuals in QLD to provide experienced and qualified workers to cover workforce gaps. In 2024 we expanded this support to NSW and ACT with the opening of our Sydney office.
About You
You are a proactive and customer-focused individual with knowledge of the health care, Aged Care, and/or Disability sector and are skilled at building and maintaining relationships. Your strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional client experiences set you apart. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to the success of our team.
Along with an annual salary, superannuation and bonus payments, we also offer city car parking, flexible working hours and a fuel alloance.
Your Role
- Although based in Brisbane, some travel to Sydney will be required to support business development opportunities in NSW.
- Build and nurture relationships with NDIS participants, Disability providers, and referrers.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the Disability and Aged Care sector.
- Develop strategies to meet business growth targets and KPIs.
- Work with Executive team to develop a Business Development Plan, with a focus on identifying sector opportunities and client acquisition initiatives.
- Compile ongoing market intelligence – new projects, competitor activities.
- Prepare weekly business development activity reports.
- Proactively sourcing and developing new business opportunities in the Aged Care, Home Care, and NDIS sectors through networking, relationship building, and other prospecting techniques.
- Represent Care Agency Services at events and meetings, showcasing our commitment to excellence.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of business development experience in the Aged Care, Home Care, Disability, or NDIS sector.
- Proven experience in relationship building, lead generation, and B2B sales.
- A strong track record in business development and successfully seizing opportunities.
- Knowledge of the Aged Care, Home Care, NDIS, and Disability sectors.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and achieve results.
