The Role

As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:

• Driving business growth
• Lead generation & conversion
• Cold Calling
• Acquiring new business from independent business all the way to Multiple sites
• Maintaining and nurturing existing businesses
• Managing new business in Sydney & Greater Sydney Regions

Other duties include:

• Increasing brand awareness
• Product demonstration and sampling
• Maximizing your merchandising & POS opportunities in store
• Planning and reporting using Sales Force CRM

Skills and Requirements

This opportunity exists for an energetic & self-motivated individual with:

• Must have food service industry experience in similar role
• Solid sales experience in New Business Development
• A proven track record
• Capable of being strategic and reactive to business direction
• Ability to work Independently & as a team
• Active listener
• Passionate about the food service industry
• Experienced in using a CRM
