Our client is an established and long-standing non-bank lender specialising in commercial & asset finance. Due to an internal promotion, there is a need for a new Head of Sales to step in and take over a very established business division. This is a leadership position with 10 direct reports, reporting directly to the Group Director.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership; team growth, coaching & mentoring
• Sales strategy planning & driving new business
• Maintain and expand broker & aggregator networks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions for customers
• Provide sales forecasts & performance reports
• Maintain a high level of staff engagement
• Represent the business at industry events

Requirements:

• Proven commercial sales team leadership experience
• Proven experience generating new business
• Track record of achieving revenue & team growth targets
• Non-bank lending industry experience
• Commercial or asset finance experience (essential)
• Deep understanding of the lending sector; credit, securities, and product types

On offer is a competitive salary ($200,000 to $230,000 + super + bonus) depending on experience. With an on target earning (OTE) of $300,000 to $340,000+.
