About the role

Qualmac Pty Ltd is seeking an exceptional Head of Sales to lead and develop our dynamic sales team. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in Coles, Woolworths, Costco and Metcash. You will required to mplement effective sales strategies, and fostering a high-performing sales culture. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bundall, Queensland.

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience (8+ years) in sales management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a high-performing sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Thorough understanding of sales best practices, customer relationship management, and market trends.
• Ability to think strategically and develop innovative sales strategies.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to foster a collaborative, high-energy sales culture.
• Experience working in or with Austrlaias major retailers a must.
