About the Role

As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless processing and management of customer orders while providing top-tier support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Accurately prepare and enter sales orders into SAP, ensuring correct customer details, stock levels, delivery dates, and pricing.
• Maintain and update orders, including changes in model numbers, stock availability, and delivery schedules.
• Provide outstanding customer service by handling inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Keep customers informed of any updates or changes that may affect their orders and deliveries.
• Carry out administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.

Hours

• 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday

Pay Rate

• $34.59 p/h

What We’re Looking For:

Technical Skills & Experience:

• Strong data entry skills with high levels of accuracy.
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system is highly regarded.
• Previous experience in a sales environment processing orders.
• Customer service experience with a track record of building strong relationships.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations with flexibility and professionalism.
