About the role

Be the Driving Force behind our Sales! We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Consultant/ Site Manager to join our thriving Used Car Yard team at Bluestone Automotive in Ringwood, Victoria. As a Full-Time Sales Consultant/ Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales for our pre-owned vehicle inventory as well as ensuring the presentation of the yard is spot on.

What you'll be doing

• Actively engaging with walk-in customers to understand their needs and preferences, and matching them with the ideal used vehicle
• Demonstrating vehicles and highlighting their key features and benefits to customers
• Negotiating deals and closing sales, ensuring a seamless purchasing process for customers
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our used car inventory, pricing, and promotions
• Providing excellent customer service and managing customer relationships
• Working directly with the owner to grow the business

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a sales, preferably within the automotive industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers
• A driven and competitive nature, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Ability to work independently and confidently
• A 5 day week including Saturday AND Sunday with 2 days off during the week (Sunday 10:30-4:00)
