About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to drive the sales of our comprehensive security product suite. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and guiding them through the purchase process. Your expertise in security products and consultative selling will be key in helping clients meet their security needs with the right solutions..
Duties
- Identify and prospect new clients, build strong relationships, and maintain a solid network of potential leads in the security market.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their security requirements, and offer customized security solutions tailored to their specific needs.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our security products, including hardware, software, and integrated systems, and present them to potential clients through in-person or virtual product demonstrations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. Manage the sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Handle negotiations with clients and close sales contracts in a timely and professional manner, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position our products and gain a competitive edge.
- Work closely with marketing, technical support, and product development teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and continuous product improvements.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in sales, ideally in the security, technology, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of security products, solutions, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand client needs and propose the most suitable solutions.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
