About the Role

This full-time position leads a Brisbane-based support team and requires regular travel across multiple states to engage with franchisees. As CEO, you will set and execute the strategic vision for the business, ensuring sustainable growth, innovation, and brand strength in a competitive market.

• Exceptional commercial acumen with experience managing large-scale P&L.

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to align diverse interests.
