Position Overview

As Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will serve as the Integrator, ensuring The Summit’s Entrepreneurs Operating System (EOS) is effectively implemented and adhered to across all departments. You will be responsible for the execution of the strategic business plan, financial oversight, risk management, and ensuring the senior leadership team is resourced, aligned, and accountable to deliver results at a high standard.

You will lead our Senior Team and report to the owner and founder of the Summit.

This role requires a detail-oriented, process-driven leader who thrives on systems, structure, and consistency. The role strongly focuses on business systems, financial management, and leadership accountability to ensure long-term organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & EOS Execution

  • Drive full adherence to the EOS framework, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability across all departments.
  • Lead the execution of The Summit’s strategic business plan, ensuring objectives are met within set timelines.
  • Maintain and refine the Accountability Chart, ensuring leadership roles and responsibilities are clear and effective.
  • Identify and resolve complex business challenges, ensuring data-driven decision-making and process efficiency.

Financial Performance & P&L Management

  • Oversee profit and loss (P&L), ensuring financial health and sustainability.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Ensure fiscal discipline, cost control, and revenue growth strategies are effectively implemented.
  • Maintain financial oversight, ensuring compliance with reporting and financial best practices.

Risk Management, Litigation & Insurance

  • Oversee legal, compliance, and risk management frameworks, ensuring adherence to required standards.
  • Manage all insurance policies, mitigating risk and protecting the organization.

Senior Leadership & Culture Development

  • Lead, mentor, and support the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring they are resourced, accountable, and performing to a high standard.
  • Foster a culture of consistency, structure, and execution, ensuring that systems and processes drive results.
  • Ensure that leadership is aligned with strategic objectives, providing structure and support to maintain high operational standards.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Full adherence to the EOS framework, ensuring efficient business operations and leadership accountability.
  • Strategic business plan effectively executed, meeting goals and growth milestones.
  • Financial performance and P&L meet or exceed targets, ensuring profitability and fiscal responsibility.
  • Complex business challenges effectively resolved, ensuring minimal disruption and proactive problem-solving.
  • Litigation and insurance matters are managed proactively, ensuring compliance and organizational protection.
  • Accountability Chart implemented and adhered to, ensuring leadership clarity and effectiveness.

Meeting & Reporting Structure

Weekly Meetings & Check-Ins

  • Lead our Senior Level 10 Meeting.
  • Individual Performance meetings with Senior team members
  • Leadership meeting with department heads
  • Weekly performance meeting with the owner - Ryan Doughty

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven executive leadership experience in a CEO, General Manager, or Senior Executive role.
  • Strong financial acumen, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Experience with EOS (Entrepreneurs Operating System) is advantageous but not required.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with a focus on systems, process optimization, and structure.
  • Ability to navigate complex problem-solving, ensuring strategic solutions that align with business goals.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a focus on developing, mentoring, and holding teams accountable.

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per annum (based on experience and proven achievements).
  • Incentive Structure: Performance-based incentives aligned with key business objectives.
  • Superannuation: Paid in addition to salary.
  • Technology: Laptop and business phone provided.
  • Work Environment: Structured, detail-driven, and focused on systems, strategy, and execution.
