CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER – SHIRE OF TRAYNING

The Shire is inviting applications from suitably qualified and motivated people wishing to further their career in Local Government.

The Shire of Trayning is a rural Council in the north eastern wheatbelt located 240 kilometres from Perth and serves a population of around 400 people located within the townsites of Trayning, Kununoppin and Yelbeni.

Modern recreational facilities include a public swimming pool, bowling green, tennis courts and recreation ground, and has an excellent Primary School with a daily bus service.

An attractive negotiated contract of 3 – 5 years offers a Band 4 total salary package of between $157,780 and $240,396, inclusive of cash, executive housing and utilities, private use of a Council vehicle and generous superannuation.
