About the role:
The Nursing Director - Education and Research provides strategic leadership and management for nursing and midwifery education and research and acts as a lead partner for interprofessional education and simulation across Central Queensland Health (CQHHS).
About you:
- Extended experience in the utilisation of information and reporting systems (Learning Mangagement systems, DSS, WorkMAPP) would be highly regarded.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a current annual practising certificate are mandatory for this position.
- A relevant post graduate qualification at Masters preparation level relevant to education and/or research is highly desirable for this position.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $198,959 is comprised of:
- An hourly rate of $87.94 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
