About the Ward:

• 32-bed ward (General Medical, Respiratory & Stroke)
• Care for patients with chronic disease management, stroke, delirium, infections, cardiology, gastroenterology, respiratory, and neurology conditions
  

• Staffing ratio of 4:1 with additional support from an indirect Stroke CNC (7 days a week), CNE & NUM (weekdays)
  

• ANUM does not carry a patient load on early/late shifts
  

• Weekend early shifts have additional clinical support for patient flow and nursing assistance

About You:

• Experience as a NUM in medical, respiratory, or stroke care preferred
  

• Passion for high-quality patient care and teamwork
  

• Strong communication and clinical skills
