What Will You Be Doing?

We are seeking a motivated Trade Shop Sales Representative & Warehouse Assistant to be the face of our Lilydale Trade Shop. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer interaction, problem-solving, and providing great service, while also supporting warehouse operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

✔ Engaging with customers and selling directly from our Trade Shop.
✔ Handling sales inquiries via phone and email.
✔ Supporting the external sales team with product and order inquiries.
✔ Keeping the Trade Shop clean, organised, and well-stocked.
✔ Helping the warehouse team with pick-packing to ensure smooth operations.
✔ Delivering local orders as required – no long-distance travel needed!

Who Are We Looking For?

To be successful in this role, you should be:

Passionate about customer service – you love helping customers find the right products.
A great communicator – confident in talking to customers in person and over the phone.
A reliable team player – able to assist both sales and warehouse teams as needed.
Organised and proactive – ensuring the Trade Shop runs efficiently.
Able to lift and move stock – warehouse duties require some manual handling.
Licensed to drive – a valid driver's license is required for local deliveries.

Prior sales or customer service experience in the automotive or industrial sector is a plus, but not essential!
