Our client is looking for someone to partner with their members, guiding them, providing advice on choosing the right healthcare products/services and for providing information on their whole range of health and other insurance products.
This role has become available as the previous talent went on to take a role inhouse with more responsibilities. Exciting right!!

This is a brilliant Face to Face role based in their branch.

Main responsibilities:

• Perform face to face, needs-based selling of health insurance, life and travel policies to customers
• Perform telephone and email sales including business development activities
• Provide first contact resolution in all customer interactions which includes upselling and cross selling
• Maintain accurate membership information in accordance with the company policies and procedures
• Achieve and exceed sales and service targets

Skills Required -

• Proven experience or a go-getting drive to sell to members and provide a great customer experience
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• The ability to quickly learn complex computer systems
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to adapt positively to frequently changing work practices and needs
