QTSM Plumbing and Drainage is looking to hire a Plumbing Foreman for full-time work, who is passionate about customer service and is professional in what they do.

Location: Office is based in the Schofields/The Ponds area, however, projects are based all around Sydney.

We are looking for a Plumbing Foreman for the following works:

• Commercial (New Builds and Renovations)

You will be responsible for:

• Project Planning and Scheduling
• Team Management
• Material and Equipment procurement and management
• Quality Control (Inspecting and addressing any issues or defects promptly)
• WHS Compliance
• Client Communication and Liaison
• Budget Management
• Accurate Documentation and Reporting
• Code and Regulation Compliance (obtaining permits and approvals)

Must have:

• Working rights in Australia
• Full Covid Vaccinations
• A plumbing license (i.e. tradesperson certificate, contractor license etc.)
• A Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card)
• A current Australian Driver’s License
• Qualification in plumbing (Minimum Certificate III and must have completed an apprenticeship as well as having at least 3 years of industry experience)
• Currently have a Working with Children Check or a willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• Willingness to obtain a Police Check
• Own hand tools and basic power tools
• The ability to work alone and be self-motivated
• The ability to manage plumbing projects while adhering to the highest quality assurance standards
• Knowledge and ability to maintain a safe work environment, adhering to WHS standards

Preferred Experience (but not limited to):

• Rough Ins
• Stack work
• Drainage
• Civil works
• Mains water installs, Hydrants, Hose Reels
