Salesforce Architect

Contract duration: 6 months + extension

Hybrid working: 2/3 on-site

Location: SE Suburbs

Role Purpose

The Salesforce Solution Architect will be responsible for implementing and driving a strategic Salesforce architecture program within the organization. This role involves designing and delivering Salesforce-based enterprise solutions, consolidating customer applications, and providing technical leadership for the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will lead architecture and design initiatives, support integration efforts with other platforms, and ensure alignment with the organization's long-term IT roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Define architecture principles and provide strategic direction for the Salesforce platform.
• Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions to address complex business needs.
• Lead solution architecture and design initiatives, collaborating with project teams to deliver effective outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership, resolve implementation issues, and address technology conflicts.
• Develop architecture frameworks, reference architectures, roadmaps, and governance practices.
• Prepare Solution Architecture and Design documentation, including interface specification diagrams using tools like Visio, Jira, and Confluence.
• Drive Salesforce adoption and align solutions with a long-term 3+ year roadmap.

Key Requirements

• Proven ability to plan, lead, and deliver solution architecture initiatives.
• Experienced on the Salesforce platform, including Lightning, Apex, and Sales/Service/Marketing Clouds.
• Experienced as a Salesforce Solution Architect, driving enterprise adoption and solutions.
• Extensive experience in Salesforce integration with platforms such as Azure, Boomi, TIBCO, and API integration
• Strong knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, and enterprise application architecture.
