Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions within our FMCG operations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in EWM implementations, experience with automated warehousing systems, and a strong ability to drive results in a slow-moving business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Implementation: Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementations, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices.

Automated Warehousing: Integrate SAP EWM with automated warehouse technologies such as conveyor systems, robotics, and AGVs to enhance operational efficiency.

Business Engagement: Work closely with key stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and manage expectations in a complex business environment.

Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in warehouse operations, leveraging SAP EWM capabilities.

Technical Leadership: Provide expertise on SAP EWM architecture, configuration, and integration with SAP S/4HANA and other systems.

Change Management: Drive adoption and user engagement, particularly in a business resistant to change, by providing training, support, and clear communication.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, supply chain, logistics, and external vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience in SAP EWM implementation (full lifecycle experience preferred).

Strong expertise in warehouse automation technologies and their integration with SAP EWM.

Proven ability to drive transformation and influence stakeholders in a slow-moving business environment.

Experience in FMCG, Retail, or Manufacturing industries preferred.

Deep understanding of warehouse processes, including inbound, outbound, storage, replenishment, and labor management.

Hands-on configuration experience with SAP EWM modules and knowledge of RF framework.

Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and integration with ERP, TM, and third-party logistics systems.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
