About the business and the role

Sedl Agencies is a leading value added B2B distributor of paint, packaging, industrial and safety supplies and equipment. We are a long established family owned and operated Toowoomba business with offices in both Toowoomba and Brisbane.

Due to our continuing expansion we have a great opportunity available in our Toowoomba branch. As a key member of a close knit team you will be responsible for providing customer service and sales support to our valued customers. While experience is highly valued, our in house training will equip the right candidate that has a passion for customer service to be successful in the role.

What your day will look like:

• Ensure our customers receive the best possible level of customer service, either face to face or over the phone
• Build great working relationships with our customers and suppliers
• You will love talking with people and providing solutions
• Be versatile and flexible as no day will be the same

About You:

• Passionate about what you do
• Excited by the challenge to learn about new products.
• Genuine interest in talking with and helping your customers
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Programs
• Some experience with industrial products, packaging products and /or industrial markets. This is not essential as we are happy to train you
