Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Counter Sales Representative in the welding industry. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and previous experience in sales, with knowledge of welding and engineering being advantageous.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide sales support both in person and over the phone
- Handle inquiries, orders, and returns efficiently and accurately
- Maintain stock control and ensure the showroom is well-organized
- Utilize forklift equipment when necessary (forklift certification is advantageous)
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and goals

Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably within a similar industry
- Knowledge of welding and engineering is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Familiarity with stock control processes and procedures
- Forklift certification is advantageous

Day-to-Day
- Welcome and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Manage incoming sales orders and process transactions accurately
- Organize showroom displays and maintain an inviting environment for customers
- Communicate with the sales team to coordinate efforts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize forklift equipment to handle and move products as needed
