We are an established and multi award winning photography studio specialising in weddings and operating in multiple locations across NSW, VIC and QLD. We are looking for a Sydney based English + Chinese speaking customer service associate who is looking to take their career to the next level.

The ideal candidate would command both English and Chinese language skills and LOVES to build rapport with key stakeholders - customers and colleagues alike, as well as harbouring the ability to think on their feet and work weekends!

Responsibilities include:

• Take a proactive lead with administrative and customer service duties to maximise customer and staff satisfaction
• Provide support to studio manager and owners to ensure that the studio is operated with optimal efficiency

This is a full time position where weekend work is a criteria and not negotiable.
