The influential opportunity:
- Report into the CEO who respects and trusts his staff’s expertise
- Lead the development and implementation of strategies for operational efficiency and quality of care for residential services
- Translate strategic direction into organisational objectives to achieve desired outcomes
- Manage, support and inspire staff, and contribute to workforce capacity development through succession planning, enabling career pathways, skills development and retention
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and governance, clinical outcomes, quality care and regulatory compliance with efficacy and transparency
- Hold profit and loss responsibility balancing commercial growth, continuous improvement, customer service and sustainability
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, enhance the brand, promote customer experience and support occupancy

About you:
- Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or other Allied Health discipline is essential
- An impressive track record in an Operations Manager or Executive Manager role in residential aged care
- Strong business and financial acumen, excellent knowledge of the aged care legislation, and a proven ability to deliver on outcomes
- Empowering, supportive and collaborative leader who is engaging, motivated and fosters an engaged workforce
- Dynamic, innovative, solution oriented, objective and committed to achieving sustainable results
