With ambitious growth plans and a strong market presence, we’re looking for an experienced General Manager of Operations to lead our operations team and ensure we continue delivering best-in-class dining experiences across all locations.

The Role

As General Manager of Operations, you will take a strategic leadership role within the business, overseeing the entire operations function across both corporate and franchised locations. Your primary focus will be on driving operational excellence, supporting the operations team, and enhancing store performance.

This role requires a hands-on yet highly strategic approach, ensuring that the right structures, processes, and support systems are in place to empower restaurant teams and franchise partners to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives.
• Drive operational excellence across all locations through structured processes, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Ensure strong collaboration between corporate and franchise operations, providing guidance and support where needed.
• Monitor and manage financial performance, budgets, and operational KPIs to achieve growth targets.
• Standardise and optimise systems, procedures, and reporting to ensure consistency and accountability across all locations.
• Play a key role in the growth strategy and expansion of the brand, including support for new store openings.
• Foster a high-performance culture that aligns with the brand’s values and commitment to quality.

• Proven leadership experience in a senior operations role within multi-site QSR, or fast-casual dining.
• A strategic thinker with experience driving operational success across both corporate and franchised business models.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing budgets, costs, and P&L performance at scale.
• A passion for great food, great service, and creating outstanding customer experiences.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance strategy with execution, ensuring long-term goals are met while maintaining operational efficiency.
