Quality, Compliance and Clinical Manager

Head office-based role focusing on Quality and Clinical Governance across a portfolio of aged care services in NSW. You will be based in Sydney and supported by a senior leadership team, reporting to the Executive Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Clinical Governance Framework
• Lead evidence-based and high standard of care
• Coach, educate and mentor staff
• Ensure continuous quality improvement
• Provide strategic advice for a portfolio of services

Requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration and post-graduate qualifications in management (Aged/Health Care)
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and quality management
• Ability to analyse clinical and quality data
• Experience in problem-solving using clinical data
• Proven ability to write reports and update clinical policies
