Connect2Care is a family-owned and operated provider of therapeutic services focused on meeting the needs of children and adults living with disability in our community. Our therapists are highly educated and use evidence-based therapies to help improve the lives of our clients and their families. We work as a multidisciplinary team to provide the best quality allied health care, including Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Allied Health Assistants, Social Workers, and Dietetics.
