CREATE Foundation is the national peak consumer body representing the voices of children and young people in the out-of-home care sector. We are a creative, adaptive and values-driven team, committed to working collaboratively with each other, with young people, and with the broader sector. Our work is uniquely centered around young people’s experiences and spans a range of connection events, empowerment programs and advocacy activities. After a period of change, our team is currently coming together around some inspiring new strategic and operational priorities and we are committed to co-creating a thriving and collaborative workplace that promotes staff wellbeing and growth.
