At RAV, our staff are the heart of our organisation, integral to our success, and the impact of our services and programs. Our vision, values and strategic priorities are the foundations of our organisation, culture and how we work with colleagues, clients and the community. Core to our culture is our commitment to meeting the needs of our clients and we’re proud to have supported more than 650,000 clients over 75 years. Since 1948, we’ve evolved from being a Melbourne-based with volunteers providing counselling and education, to an organisation providing over 120 services from more than 21 sites across Victoria, and through additional outreach locations and telehealth.
