Refrigeration Supervisor

About the Role

As a Refrigeration Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from planning through to completion. Your role will combine office-based coordination with on-site leadership, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing and coordinating refrigeration installation projects

Scheduling and organising service, maintenance, and installation works

Supervising and mentoring technicians and apprentices

Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

Providing technical support and guidance to field staff

Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and workmanship

Assisting on the tools when required to support project delivery

What We're Looking For

Trade-qualified Refrigeration Technician

Proven experience in commercial refrigeration systems

Strong leadership and team management skills

Ability to plan, coordinate, and prioritise multiple projects

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Current driver's licence

A proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach
