The Role:

As a Senior Detailer / Drafter, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate manufacturing drawings and ensuring projects move seamlessly from sales into production.

Working within an experienced detailing team, you'll play a critical role in transforming architectural concepts into precise manufacturing drawings for CNC production while collaborating with estimators, project managers and production teams.

Produce detailed shop drawings using Cabinet Vision

Interpret architectural plans and client specifications

Prepare CNC-ready manufacturing documentation

Liaise closely with Sales, Project Managers and Production teams

Ensure drawings meet company quality standards

Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines

Maintain drawing accuracy and document control

Identify design improvements and manufacturing efficiencies

Requirements:

We're looking for someone with experience in joinery detailing, cabinet making, or commercial joinery drafting.

Experience using Cabinet Vision (highly desirable)

Experience with CAD drafting software

Strong understanding of cabinetry construction methods

Ability to read architectural and construction drawings

Excellent attention to detail

Strong organisational and time management skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a team

Highly regarded:

Cabinet Making trade qualification

Experience in commercial joinery

Shop-fitting experience

CNC manufacturing knowledge

Estimating or production experience
