Qualifications & Experience:
2026 New Graduate Training Program available if required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Current registration with AHPRA
Willingness to work across the lifespan
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
Valid driver's licence and reliable car
Commitment to delivering high-quality, client-centred care
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ daily function in their home environments
Develop individualised treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals
Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to improve function and participation
Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation
Stay informed of current research and best practice guidelines
Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
Demonstrate knowledge of practice areas including; NDIS, My Aged Care, Workcover, Medicare, DVA, Private Insurance, Medicolegal Assessments, Rehab consulting/ Return to Work.
Contribute to business and service development opportunities within the Occupational Therapy service
