Connect People have opportunities available immediately for Spotters across predominantly Melbourne’s Western and South-Eastern suburbs.
Our clients are working across a range of civil construction and infrastructure projects, and we’re looking for reliable Spotters who can confidently work around mobile plant, machinery and other site hazards.
What's in it for you:
• Nightshift rate $76.65 p/h + travel allowance & super
• Dayshift rate $42.58 p/h + travel allowance & super
• Locations all over Melbourne, predominantly West & Southeast
• Immediate start available
• Variety of civil projects and site environments
What you'll be doing:
• Acting as a Spotter around mobile plant, machinery and construction activities
• Monitoring exclusion zones and maintaining safe distances around plant and equipment
• Supporting civil crews with labouring/general site duties as required
• Maintaining a strong focus on safety at all times
What you need (essential):
• ESV Spotter Card obtained within the last 2 years
• First Aid obtained within the last 3 years, CPR obtained within the last 12 months
• Previous experience working as a Spotter on civil construction sites
• Strong understanding of exclusion zones and working around mobile plant
• Reliable transport and the ability to travel to various Melbourne sites
• Full Australian working rights
