The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a global leader in electronic manufacturer, and we are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their Singapore team.

This role offers the opportunity to support regional customers across order management, customer service, fulfilment coordination, and quotation management within a structured multinational environment.

• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
• Location: East Region
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm / 9am to 6pm
• Salary Package: Up to $4,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus

The Job:

• Manage customer enquiries, quotations (RFQ), order processing, and billing documentation
• Coordinate order fulfilment activities and ensure timely delivery to customers
• Handle customer complaints, delivery issues, returns (RMA), and service-related enquiries
• Support contract administration and customer documentation requirements
• Coordinate samples, catalogues, and marketing material fulfilment
• Prepare service performance and complaint reports
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of customer orders
• Participate in inventory stock takes and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

The Talent:

• Diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, order processing, or customer operations
• Experience supporting customers within a B2B environment will be advantageous
• Exposure to planning, fulfilment, inventory, or operational coordination would be beneficial
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Strong time management and organisational skills
