Finance Manager (MNC) – Business Partnering / FP&A
Job Responsibilities
Act as a finance business partner to the SMB business, supporting financial performance across Fixed, Mobile and Channel Sales.
Consolidate and analyse actual, forecast and budgeted revenue and costs across multiple business areas.
Support month-end closing activities, including financial file refreshes, tracking, reporting and analysis.
Review monthly financial performance against budget and forecast, identify key business drivers and highlight variances for business action.
Lead quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting exercises, challenging assumptions and developing realistic financial projections.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product and other stakeholders to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
Evaluate business cases, new products, promotions and investments, including financial modelling and assessment of profitability/returns.
Monitor financial adjustments and balance sheet items to ensure accuracy and proper controls.
Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with finance policies and requirements.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and greater efficiency in financial reporting and operations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.
5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering.
Strong experience in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
Experience supporting month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with Sales, Marketing and Product teams.
Experience in business case evaluation and financial modelling is preferred.
