Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Customer Relations and Administration team to ensure smooth day-to-day centre operations.
Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with parents and families.
Oversee student enrolment, class scheduling and daily operational matters.
Coach, motivate and develop the centre team to achieve operational excellence.
Work closely with Management on operations, customer experience, marketing and business development initiatives.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback and operational issues professionally.
Ensure the centre maintains high standards of organisation, cleanliness and service quality.
Based at Alexandra outlet
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
Organised, meticulous and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Able to work independently and solve problems effectively.
Willing to work a 5-day work week (Wednesday to Sunday).
Proficient in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with English- and Mandarin-speaking customers and colleagues.
Experience in education, enrichment, preschool, retail, hospitality or customer service management will be an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: SGD 4,500 – 5,500 per month (commensurate with experience)
