Adult Pop Vocal Teacher

Real Tone Music is looking for a passionate and dedicated Adult Pop Vocal Teacher to join our growing team in Singapore.

In this full-time role, your primary focus will be teaching adult pop vocal lessons, helping students develop strong vocal technique, confidence, musicianship and performance skills.

Candidates who can use piano or guitar to accompany singing students during lessons will have an advantage. This is a supporting skill for vocal teaching; the role is primarily focused on singing instruction.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach one-to-one and small group adult pop vocal lessons.

- Help students improve vocal technique, musicianship and performance skills.

- Prepare students for showcases, concerts and live performances.

- Plan engaging vocal lessons tailored to each student's goals.

- Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback.

- Use piano or guitar to support and accompany students during vocal lessons, where appropriate.

- Participate in teacher training, meetings and school events.

What We're Looking For

- Strong pop vocal ability and a genuine interest in teaching singing.

- Passionate about music, teaching and helping adult learners build confidence.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Responsible, reliable and willing to learn.

- Ability to accompany singing students on piano or guitar is preferred.

- Teaching experience is preferred but not essential; training and mentoring will be provided for suitable candidates.

- Able to work evenings and weekends.
