Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Stainless Steel Welder (MIG/TIG) to join our team.

This role offers a mix of workshop and onsite work, fabricating and welding high-quality stainless steel components for custom projects and production environments.

About the Role

As a Stainless Steel Welder, you will be responsible for:

• High-quality MIG and TIG welding of stainless steel
• Fabrication of custom stainless steel components
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Working with both thin and heavy gauge stainless steel
• Maintaining high workmanship and quality standards
• Workshop and occasional onsite installation work

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Australian Trade Qualification in Fabrication/Welding (or equivalent)
• Full working rights in Australia
• Proven experience in stainless steel MIG and TIG welding
• Strong fabrication skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Highly regarded:

• Experience with food-grade stainless steel fabrication
• Experience with architectural stainless steel projects
• Site installation experience
