Your New Role
Reporting to a Project Manager who has come up through the Contracts Administration ranks himself, you'll manage the commercial and contractual side of townhouse packages ranging from 20-40 units, with individual unit values around $1.5 million. You'll handle subcontractor procurement, variations, progress claims, and contract administration from start to completion, working within a business that uses BuildPass and Procore.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• 2+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator in townhouse or volume residential construction
• Solid understanding of subcontractor procurement, variations, and progress claims
• Experience with BuildPass and Procore highly regarded
• Must have: good attitude and willingness to work collaboratively
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
