Internal Sales Officer - Novaris Pty Ltd

Novaris Pty Ltd is a Tasmanian owned and operated organisation that specialises in the manufacture and supply of lightning and surge protection. We are currently offering an excellent opportunity for an Internal Sales Officer to join our team, working within a B2B environment supporting our network of customers across Australia and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Processing customer orders using inventory and production management software.

Providing support to the sales team.

Responding to customer enquiries.

Liaising with the production and store teams.

Customer invoicing using accounting software.

Maintaining stock levels and placing replenishment orders when required.

Managing international shipments and export documentation.

Skills & Experience

Experience working in a customer support role.

Experience with inventory management and accounting software is an advantage. Full training on our systems will be provided.

Customer focused and the ability to develop good customer relationships.

Strong communication skills.

Excellent time management skills.

Works well in a team.
