Action Workforce is currently looking for reliable Warehouse Workers, Pick Packers and Freight Sorters to join our casual workforce across a range of sites.

We have a variety of opportunities available. Some roles offer full-time hours across 5 or 6 days per week, while others are more casual and suited to people looking for flexible or additional work.

Shifts vary across our sites, with opportunities across early mornings, day shift, afternoon shift and night shift, so we probably have a job for you.

Roles can include
Depending on the site, your duties may include:

• Pick packing and order preparation
• Freight sorting
• RF scanning and voice picking
• Loading and unloading goods
• Sorting and organising stock
• General warehouse duties
• Manual handling
• Keeping work areas clean and safe
• Cold storage and freezer environments.
• Truck Driving roles
• Forklift - counter balance, reach, LO

What were looking for
Above everything else, we need people who are reliable and ready to work.

Youll also need:

• Current drivers licence and reliable transport
• Ability to commit to your allocated shifts
• Good attitude and strong work ethic
• Safety-focused approach to work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Physical capability to complete manual and repetitive tasks
• Good attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes
• Previous warehouse experience is great, but isnt essential for every role.

Hours & Shifts
We have a mix of opportunities available, including:

• Early morning, day, afternoon and night shifts
• 5 and 6 day rosters
• Roles offering full-time hours
• Casual and flexible shifts
• Short-notice/on-call opportunities
• Availability requirements will vary depending on the site, so let us know what days and hours you can genuinely commit to.
