About the role

Nicklin Healthcare Foundation is seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to coordinate the day-to-day administrative, staffing and operational functions of the organisation. This is a full-time position suited to an individual with strong organisational and people-management skills who is capable of coordinating multiple administrative functions within a busy healthcare and disability-services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinating the day-to-day administrative operations of the organisation
• Managing and coordinating staff rosters and workforce requirements
• Coordinating staff leave and assisting with workforce planning
• Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and staff administration
• Maintaining administrative systems, records, policies and procedures
• Coordinating administrative workflows and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency
• Supporting management with staff performance, training and workplace matters
• Coordinating communication between management, employees, service providers and other stakeholders
• Supporting compliance, documentation and record-keeping requirements
• Maintaining confidential employee, participant and organisational information

About you

• Relevant qualifications in business, business administration, management or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
• Previous experience in office management, administration, workforce coordination or a comparable operational role
• Demonstrated experience coordinating staff, rostering and administrative workflows
• Strong organisational, planning and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Strong computer literacy and experience with business administration and workforce management systems
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgement
• Previous experience within the healthcare, disability, community services or NDIS sector will be highly regarded
