What's the role all about?

We have built Resicert over 17 years from a local property inspection business to the largest and the most well known in the country. We have an enviable reputation in the industry with an average client satisfaction score of 94% - having completed over 150,000 inspections.

This role is all about leveraging what we have in place to take the business to the next level!

This is a flexible work from home position where you will be responsible for growth and expansion, working as part of our executive team.

We are seeking a strategic and experienced growth specialist to actively drive bottom line growth to our Inspection Revenue. We have grown organically to one of the largest Building Inspection Companies in Australia, built on a powerhouse trajectory in the Pre Purchase Residential Inspection market. We have a national footprint and have recently established in New Zealand.

The next step for our business model is a targeted and planned expansion into other Inspection areas - this includes increased workflow in the Handover Defect Inspection space for new home property developments and residential apartment blocks, B2B Inspection work for national and state based housing departments, aged care and additional Inspection service types like methamphetamine residue testing, depreciation inspections for investors and similar.

The goal of this role - drive bottom line revenue to our Inspection team and ensure proactive and targeted growth into other Inspection service areas. Resicert is well positioned to provide outstanding services in these sector - for you, having connections in this space and the ability to strategically zero-in on these types of clients at a senior level will be an essential part of the 'next level' growth phase we are moving towards.

Proven track record in leading , growing and expanding businesses - ideally related to the likely clients we will attract and work with.

It is likely that most of our clients in this space will be from the construction industry (builders, civil companies, construction companies, property developers and associated businesses) as well other potential areas such as accountants, buyers agents and other national organisations with large property assets - an understanding of these industries will help!

Having a proven track record of success in in a similar role or concurrent industry

Out of the box creative thinker and doer and have a very high degree of emotional intelligence

Pick up things quickly and know how to solve problems - using data for problem solving and developing optimal solutions -loves stats and numbers - that's how we like to roll
