Our client, a Federal Government department based in Civic, ACT, that promotes and protects Australia's international interests to support our security and prosperity, requires the services of a System Administrator.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues within communications and system architecture and coordinate with appropriate technical teams;
• Ensure compliance with procedural, governance, and security requirements;
• Communicate system changes and operational updates to stakeholders;
• Identify issues and recommend improvements to processes and system usage;
• Work collaboratively within a small operational team.

Skills and Experience Required

• Demonstrated experience administering secure messaging or comparable enterprise systems;
• Demonstrated knowledge of messaging or communication system operations;
• Communication and advisory capability;
• Problem solving and technical awareness;
• Experience managing or configuring organisational structures within enterprise systems;
• Understanding of information security frameworks and classification principles;
• Experience developing SOPs, guidance material, or operational documentation.
