Working hours: 5 days work week (8 hours per shift)
Familiar with maintaining guest relationships
Responsibilities:
Drive membership growth and develop new customer opportunities
Build and maintain positive relationships with guests and members
Promote upcoming events, campaigns, and membership benefits
Respond to guest enquiries and collect feedback to enhance service quality
Manage credit-related matters with professionalism and confidentiality
Support daily operations and assist with event activities
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
