Qualifications & experience

Experience in a similar supervisory role.

Experience in preparing specialty coffee to a consistently high standard.

Experience in high volume cafe and ability to implement great workflow.

Experience in customer service and understanding customer needs.

Leadership qualities.

Tasks & responsibilities

Oversight of everyday operations of the café.

Focus on customer experience.

Ensuring consistency and quality of product.

Supervision and training of casual team members.

Use of point of sale systems.

Banking and reconciliation.

Liaising with management.

Oversight of food safety in the cafe.

Stock control and ordering.

Maintaining cleanliness of the cafe.
