About the Company
With more than 20 years of success across NSW and Queensland, this established commercial builder delivers education, hospitality and commercial projects valued between $10M and $50M. Backed by a turnover exceeding $300M and a strong pipeline of secured work, they have built an excellent reputation for quality delivery, repeat clients and long-term staff retention.
The Role
Due to continued project wins, an experienced Site Manager is sought to deliver a $50M private school based in Sydney’s West. Reporting to an experienced Project Manager and Construction Manager, you'll take ownership of all site operations, leading subcontractors and driving safety, programme, quality and client outcomes through to successful project completion. Rotating Saturday work may be required depending on project milestones.
Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day site activities
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
- Drive programme and construction milestones
- Maintain high standards of safety and quality
- Manage site logistics and sequencing
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Lead project delivery through to practical completion
About You
- Carpentry trade qualification (essential)
- Experience delivering commercial construction projects as a Site Manager
- Experience on projects valued at $20M+
- A solid understanding of WHS, QA and project delivery
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build long-term relationships
